A choice-centred approach

At ComfyCare Villas Ltd, we prioritise the autonomy and individuality of our tenants. Through our Choice-centered approach, we enable tenants to make decisions regarding their daily routines and living arrangements. This includes allowing tenants to manage their own time without being bound by set communal timetables and encouraging personalization of their living spaces. We respect each tenant as a unique individual, fostering an environment of maximum flexibility where their preferences are honoured and valued.

How we achieve our objectives

  • By utilising an individual plan of support that has been agreed upon with the tenant. 

  • By working with tenants to promote and, where possible, increase their independence. 

  • By working in partnerships with families/carers, other professionals, and external agencies where necessary to ensure service users’ needs are fully met.

  • By treating all tenants with dignity and respect.

  • By encouraging tenants to be involved in the development of the service. 

  • By ensuring that only trained and competent staff provides support. 

  • By supporting tenants to access all community services available to them.
